Geneva Airport Ski Transfers

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This page will give you all the details you need to know about us, our service and how we operate.

How to book
Booking is simple and easy just follow these steps.

1 Fill in our enquiry / booking form
2
You will be sent an email or called back on the number supplied to confirm availability.
3
Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking and a confirmation invoice will be emailed to you.

Children and infants
Due to regulations all children and infants must have their own seat in passenger vehicles. Unfortunately this means that there are no children’s discounts available.

At the airport
When you arrive at the airport and enter the arrivals hall you will need to find your driver. He will be holding a www.skiidygonzales.com sign with you party leader’s name on it. For ease of recognition (and because we like all things Mexican) he or she will be wearing a Sombrero. Go up to them and say hello. They will take you to your vehicle and organise everything.

On arrival at resort
Whilst we know an awful lot about our resorts it is impossible to know every buildings location. We will have searched your accommodation and found directions. However, just in case of any difficulties please ensure you are carrying location and contact details for your chalet, apartment or hotel.

In our minibuses
On board our smart Renault Traffic minibuses you will find, DVD entertainment and plug in points for your Ipods and MP3 players. There will also be some refreshments and snacks available. Whilst we cannot charge for these it is customary to give the driver €1 for a bottle of water and small chocolate bar to cover the costs.

In case of delays
Our scheduling procedures are generous and allow plenty of time to cope with your transfers. Flight delays are out of our control and can, in extreme cases, affect our ability to operate a planned transfer. Should a delay take place we will wait up to 1 hour extra. After this time, a small charge will be made to cover the driver’s wages. After this hour has passed and should your flight be so delayed that we are obliged to operate subsequent transfers we will return for you at the earliest possibility or make alternative arrangements. Good communication between you and Skiidy Gonzales is the key to dealing with delays. Please inform us of any flight problems before you leave your departure airport. In absolute extreme circumstances it may be that we are unable to honour your transfer due to delays out of our control. We will help you with all alternative transport for which you will have to pay. We will provide all evidence and proof that you will need to claim unused transfer costs from you travel insurance provider.

Communication

Transport operations, by their nature, are subject to numerous external and unpredictable factors that can affect services. It is imperative that you carry our contact details with you when travelling and inform us of any delays, changes to travel arrangements or any other issues that may affect the smooth operation of your transfers. Likewise we would like to have a mobile number as contact for your group so that we can get hold of you at any time (or leave a message for you while you are on the plane) should it be necessary. This communication is very important and is mutually beneficial for us and our clients. Remember that phrase ‘All you’ve got to do is keep talking.’
